This separator designed to separate whole milk into cream and skim milk with simultaneous decontamination. This separator for milk at the same time eliminates pollution, which appeared in the product after straining. Milk should be warmed to 40-50 degrees to get better results. Pour milk during rotation of bowl. In the meantime separator isolates the cream, and milk goes out through 2 tubes: on the one hand cream and on the other hand skim milk. Cream stream is less and has off-white color. A bluish skim milk flows by thick stream. Operating on the principle of rapid rotation of the drum, separator affects the milk by centrifugal force, so that separation of milk occurs.
